Accommodation and Facilities
It is only January and we find ourselves fully booked in terms of our onsite accommodation and U18s ministries. However, we are pleased to advise that our main marquee will have plenty of space for those wishing to stay locally and join us as day visitors.
Visiting for the day
Adults do not need to pre-register, but we would love to know that you are coming.
However, as numbers for under 18's (including babies) are limited, please do not just "turn up on the day". It is essential that you pre-register them by completing our registration form - see the link in the left column.
Staying Locally
There is a large range of accommodation available within a short distance, but here is a brief selection:
Immediately adjacent to Grace Community Church six newly built log cabins are available to those seeking a little bit of luxury for Bible Week.
The owners, Molly and Mike Tudor, welcome guests with Special Needs. Each cabin has been constructed to meet the National Accessibility Scheme M3 "Independent" and M3 "Assisted".

Staying with us
If you would like to join us on site, please download a campsite booking form from the panel below left. Our 7 acre field adjoining our church has room for 70 camping pitches.
Trailer showers (hot and cold running water) and toilets are provided, we run a free café after morning and evening meetings and from Monday to Friday, there is hot food available from breakfast to supper from our catering trailer and potato oven.
We operate an essentials only shop and a freezer block service. Local shops and supermarkets are within 5-10 minute drive.

All our camping guests are invited to a Welcome BBQ on the Saturday afternoon.
It is not an icebreaker, as such. It is simply a great opportunity to meet your camping neighbours and also the many Grace Community Church volunteers.
We have set our camping prices to be affordable for families and considerably cheaper than most local campsites:
| Tariff: (no charge for under 3's) | |
| 2 people and car | £65.00 |
| Extra person over 18 | £15.00 |
| Extra child over 3 and under 18 | £10.00 |
| NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT | £20.00 |
